Service providers

Crosstabs uses infrastructure to deliver the public website, not to hold accounts, projects, or respondent data. This page is a plain-language dependency list, not a negotiated legal schedule.

Current delivery dependencies

  • Vercel serves the public application, static assets, health endpoint, and narrowly bounded aggregate calculation routes.
  • Vercel Web Analytics receives redacted page paths and coarse product-event occurrences, while Vercel Speed Insights receives redacted paths and Web Vitals. Query strings, fragments, and aggregate snapshot routes are excluded by application controls. Crosstabs does not send either service an account, user, session, or activation-attempt identifier.
  • npm and PyPI distribute open-source dependencies and the optional local MCP package during development or user installation; they do not receive browser project contents from Crosstabs.

Not part of the product

  • No customer account, profile, organization, payment, CRM, or support-ticket database is configured.
  • No Crosstabs-operated database stores respondent rows, browser projects, project prompts, exports, or local MCP data.
  • No hosted AI provider receives project or respondent data through the supported product.
